Professional Sommelier in Hong Kong since 2011. He was the Sommelier of European Restaurant in Hong Kong and Sales & Marketing Consultant of Bourgogne (Burgundy) wine. He regularly organizes wine tasting / training for corporate customers to strengthen their taste and social skill; provide consulting services for different catering teams.
